Shipping

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All orders will be delivered within 7 days of confirmation to any location in Spain. Shipping and delivery are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

IMPORTANT: The shipping times shown for all shipping methods are estimates and begin once the order leaves our warehouse. During promotional or sales periods, there may be delays in the shipment of orders from our warehouse.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard Shipping (7/12 days): National shipments take 7 to 12 days. Shipping costs are €5 for the Peninsula, €10 for the Canary Islands, and €15 for international shipments within Europe.
All products have a tracking number, so you can track the shipment. This number will be provided with the order confirmation email. Very important: Please note that once payment has been made for the product, the shipping address cannot be changed. If necessary, the product will be reshipped, with the buyer paying the shipping and return costs.

Returns

Can a product be returned?

Returns on underwear are not accepted due to hygiene regulations. Returns on accessories are also not accepted. Products in the clothing tab are accepted for returns provided they have not been worn and are in perfect condition. Please do not return the product within 15 days of receiving it. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
You must send us the product, and once we verify that it's in perfect condition, we'll issue the refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the order (or a gift card), less the shipping costs. Return shipping costs to Serra Studio for exchanges or returns are your responsibility.
You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition; otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund. Please use the same box your order arrived in (or a similar one) to avoid damage to the product during shipping.

What if a product in my order is wrong or defective?

Please check your order upon receipt. If any product is incorrect, we'll take care of everything. Contact us and we'll fix it.

If I have received a damaged product, what do I do?

The product I bought at Serra Studio gives me allergies. What can I do?

If you've had a reaction to a Serra Studio product, we'll need you to fill out a form and, if possible, send us a photo. This way, we'll know the nature of your allergy and notify the brand so we can help you. You must initiate this process no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

We'll ask you to send the product to our offices (shipping costs are at your expense), and once we've completed the necessary checks, we'll refund you on a gift card.

I bought a product but I don't like it.

If it's bikinis or swimsuits, we're sorry, but for hygiene reasons Serra Studio doesn't allow the return of products that have been used before.

If, on the other hand, you don't like any other product, you'll need to follow the steps explained in the returns section.

I placed an order with Serra Studio, but I don't want it anymore.

Are you sure? If you change your mind, write or call us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't left our offices, we'll cancel it without any problem.

If the order is already on its way, we won't be able to do anything, sorry!

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Why might my credit card be declined?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
Your card may have expired. Please check that your card has not exceeded its expiration date.
Your card may have reached its limit. Check with your bank to ensure your card hasn't exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
Some of the information you entered may be incorrect. Please check that you have filled out all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, data is transmitted via SSL encryption. Payment will be processed through the secure PayPal and POS Entity payment gateways.

This merchant agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or that is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited: Selling medications.

Access to and use of Serra Studio's services implies the User's full and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. Furthermore, Serra Studio reserves the right, in any case, to unilaterally modify these terms of use and access to the service in order to facilitate and exchange information about cosmetic products and/or online stores and establish communication between users. This consent shall apply to all users of the site, including sellers, end consumers, merchants, and content contributors. This website has been designed and created to allow access to the services offered by Serra Studio. The terms of use are subject to current legislation and the principles of good faith and lawful use by the user. Any type of action detrimental to Serra Studio and third parties is prohibited.

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL.

The user agrees to use the services and content of the website in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and these general terms of use. Furthermore, the user agrees to make appropriate use of the services and/or content of the website and not to use them to engage in illegal activities or activities that constitute a crime and/or violate intellectual and industrial property regulations or any other applicable legal provisions.

2.1 Rules of participation.

Serra Studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice, any content or user account that violates these Terms of Service. Likewise, the user agrees not to use other users' contact tools to engage in these types of activities. b. introduce or disseminate content or propaganda that is racist, homophobic, xenophobic, pedophilic, excessively violent, in support of terrorism, or that violates human rights. c. publish images of other people without their consent. d. defame or slander companies, groups, NGOs, or any other group of individuals. e. plagiarize, copy, or use content from other people or media without their consent. f. Impersonate other people, groups, or legal entities. g. Carry out commercial exploitation activities, such as promoting products and services, without Serra Studio's authorization; generate spam, transmit unsolicited commercial messages, use the Service as a forwarding tool to another website, or promote your site by posting multiple, identical messages in different spaces on Serra Studio. h. Duplicate content. That is, systematically copy and publish, with or without the author's authorization, content published on other websites. i. Offer, sell, or exchange services and products that Serra Studio administrators consider, at their sole discretion, to be inappropriate. j. ADVERTISING AND COMMUNICATIONS.

By using this service, you agree that Serra Studio may include advertisements in the user area or any common space, with or without prior notice, and without any compensation to the user. You also agree not to interfere with or manipulate the display of these advertisements. By registering, the user agrees that Serra Studio may send email newsletters containing advertisements.

SERRA STUDIO RESPONSIBILITY.

Due to the technical nature of the service offered, Serra Studio will not assume any liability for the loss of data, information, or files resulting from the interruption or disruption of any of its services, and Serra Studio declines all responsibility for any damages or losses that may result. RETURNS.

In accordance with the Retail Trade Regulation Act and EU regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), the customer has 7 days from receipt to voluntarily withdraw from their purchase. If the return is made within this period, the purchase must be returned with all products, in their original packaging, with the original seal unbroken, with all accessories, and in perfect condition. Returns of products that do not come with their original packaging will not be accepted, unless they are defective. The seller will pay the order amount once they have verified that the merchandise meets the above conditions. In the case of commercial returns, the customer must cover shipping costs. To request this return, the customer must notify Serra Studio by email. If the defect is due to an incident during shipping, the customer must notify the seller's email address within 24 hours of receipt.

7.1. Guarantees.

Once the first 7 days have passed from delivery, the customer may return an order or request an exchange due to a defective product. Additionally, all products have a two-year warranty in accordance with the Consumer Goods Sale Guarantees Act, Law 23/2003 of July 10. This warranty must be arranged directly with each seller via their phone number or email address.

7.2. Returns and Promotional Offers.

Returns of products purchased using promotional codes will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Statutory rights remain unaffected. The images displayed on Serra Studio are intentionally added for the user's own benefit and may not show an exact or precise representation of the product.

DURATION OF SERVICE.

Without prejudice to any interruptions or suspensions that may be necessary for technical reasons, or due to unilateral cancellation by the user or Serra Studio, the service will be provided indefinitely provided that the above conditions are met. Although Serra Studio's primary objective is to offer the best possible service, Serra Studio cannot guarantee that the service offered by third parties will meet the needs and requirements of users. If any serious breach occurs, the user must contact Serra Studio's Customer Service Department, either by mail, by phone, or by sending an email to info@serrastudio.es.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION.

For any dispute arising from the provision of this service, Spanish law will be accepted as the governing law, and any disputes arising from it will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Murcia for resolution.
