Shipping inquiries
All orders will be delivered within 7 days from confirmation, to any location in Spain. Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
IMPORTANT: The shipping times for all displayed methods are estimates and begin from the moment the order has left our warehouses for shipment. During promotional or sale seasons, there may be delays in the dispatch of orders from our warehouse.
- Standard Shipping (7/12 days): National deliveries between 7 and 12 days. The shipping cost is 5€ for mainland Spain, 10€ for the Canary Islands, and 15€ for international shipments within Europe.
- All products come with a tracking number for shipment tracking, which will be provided with the confirmation email upon placing the order. Very important: Please note that once the payment for the product has been made, the shipping address cannot be modified. If necessary, the product can be resent, with the buyer covering the costs of shipping and return incurred.
Questions about returns
Returns of underwear are not accepted due to hygiene regulations. Returns are also not accepted for accessories. For products in the clothing category, returns are accepted as long as they have not been used and are in perfect condition. Please do not exceed 15 days from receiving the product. Beyond this deadline, we will not be able to accept returns.
You must send us the product, and once we verify that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund through the same payment method you used to place the order (or a gift card), minus the shipping costs. The return shipping costs to Serra Studio for exchanges or returns are at your expense.

If you have had a reaction to any product from Serra Studio, we will need you to fill out a form and preferably send us a photo. This way we will know the nature of the allergy and we will communicate it to the brand to help you. You must start this process within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
We will ask you to send the product to our offices (shipping costs are at your expense), and once we have conducted the necessary checks, we will refund the amount in the form of a gift card.

If it's about bikinis or swimsuits, we're sorry, but for hygiene reasons, Serra Studio does not allow returns of products that have been used.

In accordance with the Retail Trade Regulation Law and as regulated by EU Directive 97/7/EC, the customer has 7 days from receipt to voluntarily withdraw from their purchase. If returning within this period, the purchase must be returned with all its products, in their original packaging, with the original unbroken seal, all accessories included, and in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted for products that do not come with their original packaging, except in cases where the products are defective. The seller will refund the order amount once they have verified that the merchandise meets the above conditions In the case of commercial returns, the customer will be responsible for transportation costs. If the defect results from a transportation incident, you must report it within 24 hours of receipt via email to the respective seller.
7.1. Warranties.
After the initial 7 days from delivery, during which the customer may return an order or request an exchange due to a defective product. In addition to the above, all products come with a two-year warranty in accordance with the Consumer Goods Sales Warranty Act, Law 23/2003 of July 10th. You should manage this warranty directly with each seller through their telephone number or email address.
7.2. Returns and Promotional Offers.
Returns of products purchased under promotional codes will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Legal rights will not be affected. The images displayed on Serra Studio are intentionally added for user interest and may not show an exact or precise representation of the product.
Subject to interruptions or suspensions required for technical reasons, or unilateral cancellation by the user or Serra Studio, the service will be provided indefinitely under the fulfillment of the aforementioned conditions. Although Serra Studio's primary goal is to provide the best possible service, it cannot guarantee that services offered by third parties will meet the needs and requirements of users. For any conflict arising from the provision of this service, Spanish law will be deemed applicable, and any disputes arising from it will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Murcia for resolution
